Chef Marjorie’s impressive pedigree includes having worked with renowned chef, Thomas Keller, at Per Se in NYC and Bouchon in Yountville, CA. She also served as chef de cuisine under Mike Isabella at Graffiato, as sous chef for internationally renowned chef, Jose Andres at his acclaimed DC restaurant, Zaytinya, and worked for James Beard award-winning chef, Marcus Samuelsson at Washington Square in Philadelphia. Now she’s making her own history at DC’s Ripple and Roofers Union, where diners and critics alike have issued rave reviews for her inventive, culinary creations.
